Starting now, RMJGT is launching a special initiative aimed at high school golf teams! We understand the importance of team spirit and camaraderie in high school sports, and we want to give teams an opportunity to level up their skills as well as golf together outside of school events.

Benefits of Joining as a High School Team:

  • Group Discounts: Enroll with your high school golf teammates and you'll receive an exclusive 20% group discounts on tournament registrations. This means more savings for everyone!
  • Team Bonding: Golf is not just about individual skill; it's also about teamwork and unity. Joining as a team allows you to strengthen bonds with your teammates both on and off the course. To be clear - the tournament won’t have a ‘team’ component for scoring, all scores are individual stroke play and sent to JGSB and AJGA (if needed).
  • Enhanced Support: As a high school team, you'll receive dedicated support from RMJGT staff to ensure your experience is seamless and enjoyable.

How to Get Started:

  • Gather Your Team: Speak to your teammates and gauge interest. The more, the merrier!
  • Select a Tournament: Browse our tournament schedule and choose the event that suits your team's availability and skill level.
  • Email Jess or Donna to get a code to use when you register for the tournament This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. or This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.
  • Each player must register separately online via RMJGT customer account using the team group discount code.
  • Prepare to Compete: Train hard, have fun, and get ready for an unforgettable golfing experience.

We strongly encourage all high school golfers to consider this opportunity. It's not only about the game; it's about building memories and friendships that can last a lifetime.

If you have any questions or need assistance with the registration process, please don't hesitate to reach out to Donna or Jess!

RMJT To Kick Back off with Events Starting Memorial Day Weekend

The RMJGT is excited to announce that we will be kicking back off with events starting Memorial Day weekend in Colorado! It has been a long few months and as things slowly begin to return to some sort of normal, we are thrilled to have the support of local golf courses, cities and counties to bring back tournaments for junior golfers across the region.

Currently all tournaments on the RMJT schedule through August are open and ready for registration. We are still working on adding/rescheduling a few of the events that were canceled in the spring, so stay tuned for more info as it comes!

As excited as we are to get back onto the course, we understand that things are going to be a little (or a lot) different from a procedural standpoint for most, if not all, of the summer and into the fall. We have recently published our RMJT Covid-19 Plans and Procedures that will go into affect starting this month, so please take a moment to review them and familiarize yourself with our new policies.

View the full RMJT Covid-19 Plans and Procedures HERE

Some of the highlights include:

  1. Limited warm up and practice time. Players will be given only a limited time to warm up before a tournament (if practice facilities are open), either 30 or 45 minutes before their time. Players arriving to the course before the specified time will be asked to return to their car and wait until their arrival time
  2. Spectators will be limited to 2 person per player at all times, regardless of walking or riding
  3. Flagsticks will be left in the cup at all times
  4. There will be no scoreboards and limited award ceremonies.

Hopefully we can relax some of these policies as time goes by and things start to return to normal, but while we are operating under these new policies, we ask that all parents and players help us out by reading the policies and doing all they can to abide by and support them.

We look forward to seeing you all on the course soon!
